Bone is calcified tissue which consist with cells, fibres, and ground substances. It accomplishes for supportive and protective function. And also contain calcium and phosphorus. Bone has economical structure with few substances and weight, it’s figure and structure endure strong force. Bone undergoes resorption and remodilling by its dynamic living function. And it can be modified by mechanical stimulation, irritation, surgical procedure, or orthopedic appliance. Especially well respong to metabolic malnutrition, hormonal effect. The authors had divided bone structure into three categories as macroscopic, submicroscopic and microscopic structure.
