It has been seemed to be inevitable that the edentulous implant patients or partially edentulous patients should tolerate the functional and/ or esthetic handicaps during the healing procedure. The fast and healthy osseointegration is necessary to succeed the implant prosthetic treatment and protection from mechanical and physical disturbances in the surgical site is helpful. To achieve the healthy osseointegration, immediate functional and/ or esthetic restoration, use of interim implants (KS-V Templant) are available. This interim implants sometimes osseointegrated and could be used as permanent type fixtures in accordance with the circumstances. This implant is long enough to retain prostheses and neck may vendable to modificate angle. It is sometimes necessary to charge the parallelism of the implant head. For the ease of insertion, there sometimes does not need incision or making the flap. However, problems such as permanent osseointegration inadvertant to the dentist’s intention, it may not be early to remove the interim implants (KS-V Templant) or change initial treatment plan.
