The purpose of this study is to present the segmental maxillary osteotomy to repose the alveolar segment with its implant in highly compromised situation. From the result of the present study, the procedure of the implant segmental osteotomy using the microplate may be recommended for use in association with the immediate correction of inadequately placed endosseous implant. Continued follow-up is needed to assess the results obtained from using these procedure.
