Single molar restoration with single implant often results in screw loosening and implant fatigue because of excessive load and bending moment. In this case, we restored missing second premolar and the first molar with three implants. Two implants were placed into extracted sockets of lower right first molar and one implant was placed in the second premolar area 3 weeks after extraction of lower right first molar. The second surgery was done 5 months later and prosthetic treatment was begun. Threaded abutments were connected to implant fixture and then impression was taken for the fabrication of master cast. Two-unit PFG bridge was made by conventional methods. The patient was instructed to maintain oral hygiene with floss silk, water-pick and chlorhexidine.
