Initially, implant treatment was a matter of function. As time went on esthetics become equally important. Loss of interproximal papilla due to absence of neighboring tooth especially in maxillary anterior region can cause esthetically compromised condition. In association with this, new surgical techniques for papillae generation have been presented, often with very good short term results without long term data. This article reports regeneration of interproximal papillae adjacent to single implant restoration using provisional and its considering factors.
