There have been many clinical reports concerning immediate loading. When the greatest degree of primary stability is achieved, immediate loading reduces patient discomfort by eliminating the need for the removable appliance. In this study, four implants are placed in the mandible and the existing denture was transformed into an implant fixed provisional prosthesis opposing the maxillary complete denture. This study demonstrates successful clinical results with related literature.
