For the patients who are fully edentulous, we are often faced on situations that full denture is not enough to obtain retention, stability, and support because of harsh absorption of alveolar ridge. In such conditions, prosthesis using implant helps the patients and dentists to solve the problems above. However, the location of implant operation and designing following superstructure should be carefully considered at primary diagnosis which are clinical and radiological test in anatomical condition. In this stage, matters that should be considered are patient’s dissatisfaction, requirements, economical ability, and etc. Operation of edentulous patients using implants should be considered with various bone structure, function, aesthetic and economical problems. To solve these problems, overdenture using implant by Branemark is increasing. In cases that six implants are operated by “spread-out” process, it decreses malformation of superstructure by cantilever during mastication and so effective to diversify stress that implants are safe from hyperstress. And comparing to primary splinting attachment, cases using telescope crown are more stable to location of denture. Many researches prove that secondary splinting using double conical telescope is more effective to diversify stress to implant each. Followings show how a few implants can make prosthesis functional and aesthetical.
