Information
The esthetic consideration is important in the implant prosthetic restoration of the anterior missing teeth. The implant fixture must be installed in the proper position in the anterior teeth region, and the coronal margin of that must be located approximately 2-4mm apical to the cemento-enamel junction of the adjacent teeth to provide the space for placing the implant prosthetic restoration into the subgingival area, and the proper thickness and length of the abutment must be selected and then the emergence profile is controlled properly at the second surgery stage.
Properly fabricated temporary restorations must be used to adapt at the changed pronunciation pattern or the esthetic change, and the long-term clinical prognosis must be evaluated through the biomechanical and restorative materials in relation to the implant prosthetic restoration.
The overall considerations about the esthetic prosthesis of the anterior teeth using various implant systems were discussed in these clinical cases and the implant-supported anterior prosthesis was obtained functionally and esthetically with good results, but must be evaluated with the clinical and radiographic examinations through the regular follow-up check continuously.
