Peri-implantitis is an inflammatory disease, which destroys tissues surrounding implants. This report shows 3 cases of surgical treatments of peri-implantitis. The key for controlling peri-implantitis is to make the surroundings easy to clean by patients themselves. Such environment can be created through surgeries, such as apically repositioning flap, resective osseous surgery, and free gingival graft. These techniques are applied according to demands. However, it has not yet been proved, thus, further research including long-term observations are required.
