Abstract

Nowadays, esthetic results are generally considered to be a actor of successful implants, particularly in the maxillary anterior zone. The aim of this case report is to examine the clinical outcomes of immediate and early implant placement with hard/or soft tissue augmentation following tooth extraction in the atrophied maxillary anterior zone.
