Wound dehiscence develop frequently after bone graft and implant placement. It can cause infection, loss of bone graft and/or implant failure. A variety of techniques were introduced to minimize wound dehiscence. Wound closure using gran ulation tissue which remain in the operative site can available. I performed this technique in 8 patients and obtained satisfac tory results.
