Abstract
This clinical report is to describe the surgical and prosthetic procedure of posterior maxillary rehabilitation by using osseointegrated implants and screw-interlocking telescopic crowns. Fixed prosthetic rehabilitation can be possible in partially edentulous patients whose maxillary antrum prohibits successful placement of multiple fixtures. And those patients who could be rehabilitated by using maxillary antroplasty. In any case of those partially edentulous maxillary posterior reconstruction, patients could be treated with osseointegrated implants and screw-interlocking telescopic crowns. The treatment planning considerations, surgical aspects, and prosthetic procedures are described and a case report used to illustrate the technique.
