This study was carried out to find out the method which was decrease the failure rate about screw retained implant prothesis. The result was as follows: First, dental technician should understand about the general procedures of the dental implant, and recognize the various systemes of dental implant which are prefer to use by so many dental clinics. Second, it is necessary to understand and cooperate between dentists and dental technicians. Finally, dental technician needed to have the informations of the patients; (1) Radiographic evaluation data. (2) Mounted model on the articulator. (3) Related data for the patients occlusion. (4) Diagnotic wax-up. (5) Surgical stent guide line.
