The use of the ready-made stock abutment has limited the dentists not to change the sub-gingival contour for making a restoration. The fabrication of customized abutment by dental computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing technique is a simple, economical, and predictable digital dental method that gives dentists to get all of the advantages of a custom-made, cement-retained implant abutment. It could make a complicated process as a simple one. A clinical case report could explain how to make more esthetic, functional, and hygienic fixed restorations by using customized abutments.
