Increased demands of patients have improved medical techniques, Operating skills and instruments. Unfortunately, absorped mandible bone patients has Stressed on the dentist for stability and function of complete denture. Because atrophic Edentulous ridge has the inadequate alveolar bone height, denture is located on the muscle. The creation of implant overdenture has improved the disadvantage of conventional prothesis. Vestibuloplasty, using the lip switch, reduce patient’s discomfort by minimizing the exposure of the alveolar bone and muscle. Locator implant attachment is easily applied to the overdenture. In case that external hex implant, attachment height is 3.17mm, is easily applied, eventhough intermaxilly space is narrow. This study suggests that excessive atriphic edentulous mandible patients are satisfied with the vestibuloplasty using lip switch and implant supported overdenture using locator.
